The Ultimate Blank Canvas – Our Spaces

Our 32 individual conference and meeting suites can accommodate capacities from 10 – 700 delegates providing a variety of different space options for your event. The suites are interconnecting so you can create larger events or breakout areas that can be adjoined to your main conference. This will allow your delegates to have an easy transition between spaces and for your event to seamlessly flow from one room to another. We also have fantastic DDR packages for our conference suites which we can be shaped around your budget offering exceptional value for money.

Create Your Own Auditorium

The NEC also offer a faster, more flexible and cost-effective way to create the auditorium layout you desire within our halls with our retractable mobile tiered seating system. Coordinating perfectly with flat-floor seating to accommodate larger events, our stylish tribunes of 273 seats can be extended within just 5 minutes which is a traction of the time is takes to deploy demountable seating and at a fraction of the cost, too. This flexibility allows you to work smarter, faster and even retract or extend the seating during your event to create a different space. Delivered by our in-house team, there’s no need to hire an external contractor and we’ll work with your team to comfortably seat thousands of delegates in any configuration.

The NEC offers a safe and controlled environment for events to take place with the introduction of Venue Protect – our 4 Step Approach developed with you and your customers’ safety and wellbeing in mind. With over 600 sanitiser stations, social distanced capacities and systems, new signage and enhanced cleaning in place, our expert teams have worked tirelessly to implement new measures across our vast venue to ensure safe, secure and successful event spaces are available and we’ve also developed a set of helpful guidance to help Organisers plan their event at every phase.
